PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

TREASURER, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, March 1995 – Present:   Clean Soils Environmental, Ltd., Ipswich, MA. Since co-founding Clean Soils Environmental, Ltd. in 1989, Ms. Prosser has been a principal and the chief financial officer. After serving as president until 1995, she has managed all the financial and operational aspects of business activities including planning and implementation of corporate growth and investment strategies. These financial management responsibilities include maintaining all financial records, year-end tax planning, providing payroll tax accounting, and managing accounts payables/receivables. As CSE’s personnel manager, Ms. Prosser selects and coordinates the health, life, and disability insurance programs, including all reporting and documentation requirements. She is responsible for employee records documentation and verification for the US Dept. of Justice Employment Eligibility Verification. Other responsibilities include implementation, management, and documentation of corporate vacation, personal and sick leave policies, Corporate attendance and vacation/personal leave documentation requirements, and the selection, implementation, and management of corporate and employee profit sharing/retirement plans.

PRESIDENT/BUSINESS MANAGER, March 1989 to March 1995:  Clean Soils Environmental, Ltd., Ipswich, MA. Responsible for legal and business organization as well as marketing of start up company. Implemented marketing strategies and developed client base.

DIRECTOR OF STUDENT FINANCIAL AID/BURSAR, 1981 – 1988: Alaska Business College, Anchorage, AK. Responsible for complete administration, operation and supervision of the Student Financial Aid Office and the Business Office. Ensured that all federal and state student financial aid programs were conducted in accordance with federal guidelines. Managed the disbursement of financial aid materials. As bursar, was responsible for cash accountability and disbursement of financial aid funds as required by the U.S. Department of Education and the State of Alaska. Supervised in-house accounts receivable and collection activities including account collection for the Perkins (NDSL) Loan program.
