(CSE) provides emergency response services to help minimize potential
impact to public health and safety, property and to the environment in
the event of a sudden release of oil and/ or hazardous materials to the
environment. All CSE personnel are 40-Hour Occupational Safety and
Health Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency
Response (HAZWOPER) certified. Common situations that require emergency
